We're checking out printmaker, designer, and occasional Hand-cRankeD guy Travis Medford's opening tonite at Push tonite. Travis is showing a large group of mixed media collage pieces, inspired by clip art imagery culled from pulp illustration and advertising. Live music at the opening was noisefully provided by Cadavernous, a super group of sorts calmly and purposefully fronted by the high-hatted Eric Hubner.

Hand-cRankeD is pleased to participate in Show Poster Show at the Marshall Arts Center. The opening night was a big success with lots of good cheer, art, and music from HC faves Mad Tea Party. They got the locals doing the Marshall boogie. Special thanks to Eric and everyone down at the Marshall Arts Center for putting on great party.March 26, 2011

The Palustris Festival happens every March,
celebrating Visual, Literary and Performing Arts in the piedmont when the Longleaf Pines awaken from winter's slumber.
